Do you ever dream of a world in which one steak is actually two steaks? An American classic T–bone steak is smoked first and then seared after to seal in juices & flavour. T-bone comes from the section closer to the front of the cow where the tenderloin is smaller. These steak cuts have the tenderloin filet and the New York strip. We use the reverse sear method to create an incredible smoky flavour, then finishing it over a hot grill or flame torch for that perfect sear, topped with tasty herb butter.
